At Next Level Craft, every order is handled with care to ensure your products arrive safely.

Processing Time

Pre-order items require a production period before shipment. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page and may be updated as production progresses.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide where available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their local government or customs authority.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may incur additional shipping charges if rerouting or reshipment is required.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@shoemakersint.com within seven (7) days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will review your claim and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
